From
Roma or Bologna:
take the A1 motorway in the direction of Firenze and leave it at the
Firenze Scandicci exit. Just after the tollbooth, take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno
(F-P-L) free highway on your right in the direction of Pisa-Livorno.
Travel approximately 15 km and then take the Ginestra exit. Follow
the signs for Montespertoli for about 10 km and pass through the villages:
Anselmo and Baccaiano. At the entrance in Montespertoli, turn left
in the direction of Siena-Lucardo-Certaldo and follow those directions
for 2 more crossroads until you are leaving Montespertoli (always
following the signs for Siena-Lucardo-Certaldo). After 1.1 km from
the last crossroads, turn right at "via della torre" street
sign (two large trash containers at this intersection). Continue for
0,8 km (roads turns into dirt) until you find "L'Albero"
green sign attached for left turn. You are arrived. |

Pisa Airport:
take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (F-P-L) free highway in the direction
of Firenze for approximately 50 km and leave it at the Ginestra exit.
Follow the instructions from Ginestra as outlined above. From Firenze Airport: take the A1 Motorway in the direction of Roma and leave it at the first exit: Firenze Signa. Follow the instructions from Firenze-Signa as outlined above. From Genova or Livorno: Take the A12 motorway in the direction of Pisa and leave it at the Pisa Airport e xi t. After the tollbooth take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (F-P-L) free highway in the direction of Firenze and follow the instructions from Pisa Airport as outlined above |
